Upon return, program directors and faculty must submit grades for all NC State courses through myPack following the 5 or 10-week section as scheduled for your courses. Official transcripts must be submitted to the Study Abroad Office for courses offered by a host institution where the instructor has not been credentialled and listed as the NC State IOR within one week of return. Study Abroad will help to facilitate the transfer credit process with Registration and Records.
Ensure receipts have been documented appropriately in order to reconcile all expenses. In a program return meeting, your program budget specialist will attend to review the program budget and answer any reconciliation questions, in addition to financial planning for the subsequent year.
NC State Study Abroad strives for a culture of continuous improvement, including group programs. Each program coordinator will schedule a meeting with the program leadership upon return to discuss and reflect on the current year’s program and to begin planning for the future.
