Program Proposal & Renewal Deadlines

New Program Proposal Deadlines

New program directors should meet with the Study Abroad Office three months prior to the proposed program deadline (and at a minimum, one month prior) to discuss program plans and in order to meet the proposal deadline.

* Please note: any programs that fall outside of traditional study abroad exchanges, direct enroll, or short-term group programs must be reviewed and approved by the Study Abroad Advisory Board and the Substantive Change Committee as appropriate. This includes any semester-length group programs (not exchange or direct enroll).

Program Renewal Deadlines

Any programs changing program location, program directors, and/or courses offered must submit a new program proposal.
