Financial Aid

Students are eligible to use financial aid through the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid towards the Summer Start Abroad only if they are taking other on-campus courses during Summer Start, as well. For questions regarding financial aid, contact Tommy Bilbo in OSFA.

Financial Considerations

  • All students are held to the NC State Study Abroad Withdrawal and Refund Policy and the Program Cancellation Policy, which should be reviewed before committing to and paying the study abroad fee.
  • NC State Study Abroad can not provide refunds for any monies paid to outside entities. Students are individually responsible for any flight change fees or other individually arranged expenses. Participants may consider trip cancellation or interruption coverage if flight delays and cancellations continue to be commonplace.
