Orientation Schedule

WEDNESDAY, January 7

1:00PM – 4:00PM: Drop-In Advising, Page Hall 3rd Floor

Come to the Study Abroad Office to ask any questions or to meet the staff.

6:00PM – 7:30PM: Ice Cream Social, Lampe Hall Room 222

Come meet your fellow Spring 2026 Exchange students. We will have ice cream and games.

THURSDAY, January 8

9:00AM – 11:00AM: Orientation Session I, Lampe Hall Room 222

This is a required meeting with the Study Abroad Office. You will receive information about your semester at NC State.

11:15AM – 12:15PM: Orientation Session II, Lampe Hall Room 222

This is a required meeting with the Study Abroad Office. You will receive information about your semester at NC State.

12:15PM – 1:15PM: Lunch

We will be ordering pizza for lunch. Please email saoincoming@ncsu.edu if you have any dietary restrictions.

1:15 – 3:00PM: Campus Scavenger Hunt

FRIDAY, January 9

8:30AM – 9:30 AM: Immigration Check-In, Lampe Hall Room 222

This is a required meeting with the Office of International Services. You will receive information about your visa and immigration status.

10:00AM – 11:45AM: Campus Tours

1:30PM – 3:00PM: Non PCOM Drop-In Hours, Page Hall Third Floor

This session is optional for any Non PCOM students with questions regarding classes, etc.

1:30PM – 3:00PM: PCOM Orientation, Nelson Hall 2405

This session is required for all undergraduate exchange students in the Poole College of Management.
