Argentina: Universidad de San Andres

Buenos Aires is one of the most cosmopolitan capitals in South America. The widely diverse population creates a dynamic mixture of Latin American and European culture, which is reflected in the city’s eclectic architecture, distinct cuisine, and rich cultural life.

Australia: Monash University

The city of Melbourne is the second largest city in the country and the capital of the Australian state of Victoria. Melbourne is a thriving business and cultural center, with a busy student scene. Only about thirty miles north of the southern coast of Australia, it has a mild climate and offers year-round outdoor sports opportunities as well.

Australia: University of Adelaide

The University of Adelaide is one of Australia’s top research universities and has four onshore campuses. North Terrace, in the cultural heart of the city of Adelaide is the main campus and site of most teaching and research facilities.

Australia: University of Wollongong

Wollongong is the 8th largest city in Australia and is well known for its history of farming, fishing, coal mining and steel making. The city, however, is rapidly changing with education, information technology and telecommunications, manufacturing and tourism emerging as the industries of the future.

Austria: Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration

Located in the heart of Europe, Vienna is a vibrant city that was once the capital of the vast Austro-Hungarian Empire. Today it is considered the world’s music capital and its classical music traditions remain unmatched. The city is a cultural center packed with beautiful architectural landmarks, museums to suit all interests, and an active nightlife.

Chile: Universidad Adolfo Ibanez

Chile has a lot to offer as a study abroad location. There are many places to explore from the mountains in the Patagonia, to the Atacama desert. NC State students will study at the Viña del Mar Campus. Viña del Mar offers great beaches, delicious seafood, and a wide range of modern facilities. It is considered to be a safe city that is comfortable to live in.

China: SILC Business School at Shanghai University

While living and studying in Shanghai, students will study topics such as employee recruitment and selection and managing workforce diversity. The program includes several company visits to manufacturing facilities and corporate headquarters which provide insight into how business is done in China. Students also participate in a seminar series featuring local business faculty and corporate leaders who are experts in the cultural nuances of Chinese business.

Denmark: Copenhagen Business School

Copenhagen is the largest city in Scandinavia with a population of over 1.5 million, and is the capital of Denmark. Compared to many other cosmopolitan cities, it is also considered a very safe city. With its many pedestrian streets, beautiful squares and narrow lanes, the inner city invites one to wander around and enjoy the atmosphere.

Ecuador: Universidad San Francisco de Quito

Universidad San Francisco de Quito, or USFQ, is a private, non-denominational liberal arts university located on a beautiful modern campus on the outskirts of Quito in the town of Cumbayá, USFQ in many ways resembles a small liberal arts college in the U.S., combining personal attention and small class sizes with outstanding facilities and the advantages of a big-city environment.

France: NEOMA Business School

Rouen, located on the Seine River, is the capital city of Normandy. It has a total population including metropolitan areas of about 500,000. It is known for its Notre Dame cathedral, Rouen Castle, and museums. It is a well connected city both within the region and others in France. Getting around the city is easy with its tram and bus systems.

Germany: ESB Business School at Reutlingen University

ESB Business School at Reutlingen University is one of Germany’s most prestigious management institutions and largest business school. Classes are taught in small, multinational groups with direct contact between professors and students. The structure and global focus of all of the programs allow students to experience team work and improve their intercultural skills. ESB’s campus, a short distance from the historic city center, offers a lively student environment, sports and cultural activities and other facilities.

Hong Kong: Hong Kong Polytechnic University

Hong Kong Polytechnic University is located in one of the world’s busiest and most culturally diverse cities. Hong Kong is a vibrant cultural and economic center. PolyU enrolls approximately 22,000 students, and offers a wide range of courses. It is a prime aim of the University to equip students with professional competency but also the ability of independent thinking, good communication skills and a global outlook.

Italy: Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore

Milan is a beautiful, cultured and dramatic city, and offers a multitude of features that tourists rarely discover. Milan is a city to explore and a place to reflect; a city of trams and Smart cars; a city where beautifully dressed people ride scooters to work and where thousands of runners exercise daily in the parks. The menus of Milanese restaurants have influenced the worlds finest cuisines and the creations of Milanese designers have placed Milan as a home of global fashion.

Korea: Seoul National University

Seoul National University (SNU), is the first national university in modern Korean history. The main campus of the university, called Kwanak, is located at the foot of the magnificent Kwanak Mountains. SNU offers its students a wide variety of entertainment options in the college town of Kwanak and in the city of Seoul. SNU has a student enrolllent of approximately 32,000. Most courses are taught in Korean but each college or department offers a number of courses conducted in English.

Mexico: Universidad de las Americas Puebla

Located in the town of Cholula, the Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP) is one of Mexico´s most prestigious private universities, providing a space in which different cultural contexts merge and students are driven to excel. There are more than 7,200 students at the university, including international students from over 30 countries. While you are studying at UDLAP, there are lots of ways to get involved!

The Netherlands: Tilburg University

Tilburg is a lively town of 200,000 inhabitants, located in one of the greenest areas of the Netherlands. Tilburg is surrounded by woods, with easy access to outdoor recreation facilities, including hiking, skiing adn amusement parks like the Beekse Bergen – a nearby safari park. You will also find a wide variety of cafes and pubs. Tilburg is a quick train ride from Amsterdam (~68 miles), Brussels (~75 miles), and Paris (~250 miles).

South Africa: Stellenbosch University

Nestled between picturesque mountains in the Cape Winelands, Stellenbosch University offers a beautiful environment to students who choose to study there. Stellenbosch is a vibrant town with a lot of activities on offer for everybody! From an eclectic mix of restaurants and pubs to picturesque wine farms, theatres to music halls, you will always find something to keep you entertained in Stellenbosch.

Spain: Universidad Pontificia Comillas

The city of Madrid is the center of the cultural, economic, and political life of the Spain. Madrid is well known for the outstanding quality of its museums, nightlife, and sports teams. The Comillas environment provides a rich student life where students will find a variety of diverse student associations offering activities to suit anyone’s interests.

Spain: Universidad del Pais Vasco

The University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), has 3 regional campuses: Araba, Biscay, and Gipuzkoa. Students will to take classes in one campus: Biscay- the thriving city of Bilbao and another branch 20km away in the hill town of Leioa; Gipuzkoa- the beach city of Donostia-San Sebastian; and Araba- the smaller, less touristy city of Vitoria-Gasteiz, not usually attended by international students. Most classes are taught in Spanish, though the list of English-taught courses is ever growing.

Taiwan: National Taiwan University

Since 2000, when Taiwan underwent its first peaceful transfer of power from the Nationalist to the Democratic Progressive Party, it has prospered to become one of East Asia’s economic powers. Dedicated to excellence and leadership since 1928, National Taiwan University has contributed significantly to Taiwan’s rapid development into one of the world’s most competitive economies and democratic societies.

United Kingdom: Lancaster University

Lancaster is in the North West of England, 40 minutes from the edge of the beautiful and dramatic Lake District. Manchester is an hour away. London, Edinburgh, and Glasgow are 2.5 hours by train. Lancaster University is regarded as one of the top institutions in the country, with leading professors teaching at all levels in Management, Science and Technology and Arts & Social Sciences.

United Kingdom: University of Surrey

The University of Surrey is located in the picturesque town of Guildford, about 35 minutes by train from London. The busy town center of Guildford is a 10 minute walk or a short bus ride from the campus. Guildford has a population of around 250,000 and is one of South-East England’s top shopping centers. Guildford is set in the Surrey countryside, and is an ideal base for exploring the rest of the UK.
