Group programs are led by an NC State program director (faculty or staff member) with other NC State students. Group program benefits include unique programs tailored to the location, discipline, and expertise of the program director. Programs may include site visits, research projects, and/or fieldwork.

Summer 2024 Group Program List
New: This program is running for the first time, so we are unsure how competitive it will be. We anticipate that it will be good and that the majority of applicants will be accepted.
Excellent: for students meeting the minimum requirements, the chance of acceptance is excellent.
Good: the majority of applicants are normally accepted.
Limited: this program is somewhat competitive and likely a few qualified candidates will not be accepted, but alternate program opportunities will be available.
Most Competitive: this is one of the most competitive study abroad programs at NC State. A portion of qualified candidates will not be accepted, but alternate program opportunities will be available.
