Pre-Departure Meeting

Once final enrollment for the program is set, but no later than four weeks prior to departure, each Faculty Director will meet with the SAO. This meeting will include a review of the final budget, which will be used to determine the travel advance amount to cover onsite program expenses for both faculty and students. Additional program-related topics will be covered at the pre-departure meetings, as the meeting is an opportunity for you to ask any remaining questions you have prior to your departure.
