Tricia Sandridge (She/Her)

Bio

Tricia joined the Study Abroad Office in January 2022. As an International Programs Coordinator, Tricia collaborates with NC State faculty on short-term and semester-long programs for College of Engineering, College of Sciences, and the Wilson College of Textiles. She also serves as the advisor for incoming exchange students at NC State.

She holds an M.A. in Spanish Higher Education and a B.A in Spanish Language, Literature, and Culture from Appalachian State University. During her time as an undergraduate, Tricia participated in a short-term faculty-led program to Madrid, Spain and spent a semester studying abroad in Sevilla, Spain. After completing her masters, Tricia taught English abroad at a college in Medellin, Colombia. Prior to joining the Pack, she worked in the Office of International Affairs at North Carolina Central University.

Tricia has had the opportunity to lead students on study abroad programs with focuses in Veterinary Medicine, Field Biology, and Spanish to countries including Spain, Curacao, and Costa Rica. She is excited to continue working alongside faculty members to develop exciting and fitting programs for students! When not in the office, you can find Tricia running with her dog Sandy Sandridge and exploring the mountains to the coast in NC and beyond.
