About J. Scott Carter:
Scott Carter joined the Study Abroad Office as the System Administrator/Assessment Coordinator in September 2010. His responsibilities include website and system administration for the office as well as overseeing the Global Initiatives Certificate Program, scholarship processes and assessment for the department. With most of his professional experience in Residence Life, he has worked with living/learning communities and assessment as well as taught leadership courses at colleges and universities in North Carolina and Pennsylvania. During his career, Scott has worked with international students at multiple universities in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C.
