Brazil Engineering Exchange Grant

NCSU Engineering students: You can receive funding to study abroad while pursuing approved courses within your major! Qualified engineering students are encouraged to participate in the Brazil Engineering Exchange program. All students accepted into the Brazil Engineering Exchange program will receive financial support as part of the US Department of Education's FIPSE grant.

The Brazil Engineering Exchange Grant awards $3,750 to each student to cover expenses such as airfare, lodging, and food while in Brazil. Students pay their regular tuition to NCSU as part of the exchange.

Participants spend eight months in Brazil studying engineering and learning Portuguese. (Previous foreign language study is required.) Please see the brochures for the FIPSE programs for more details.
