Erin Holloway: Study Abroad Office Blogging Scholarship Recipient

Student blogger, Erin Holloway, spent her summer on the Thailand Ethnographic Field School program. It offered a way to gain hands-on experience in anthropology that one could only gain outside of the classroom. Through her studies of culture and society, and through her exploration of current issues in Thailand and the Southeast Asia region, Erin experienced valuable academic and personal growth. See some of the many photos and read her story! http://ncsustudyabroad.wordpress.com/

Erin, a senior double majoring in English and Anthropology, was awarded the Study Abroad Office Blogging Scholarship for the summer 2014 term. As a part of the scholarship requirement, Erin had to submit a number of posts via our Notes from Abroad blog.
